Now, let me start by stating that the wallets are not interchangeable, but they do come in a variety of colors, prints, and textures.  Their most notable feature is how much they hold!    And because they close shut with the same safe earth magnets our shells attach with, you can stuff them pretty and not have to worry about a button not reaching.  With 5 separate storage compartments and 12 card slots, this baby is a must-have for the woman who carries everything in her wallet.

RJ Nazareno

RJ is the son of my good friend, Reuben Nazareno.  He was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in February 2011 when he was just 1.5 years old.  After weeks of intensive chemotherapy, RJ’s leukemia was in remission, and he is currently in a maintenance stage undergoing routine therapy to eradicate any trace amounts that are left in his blood cells.  Team RJ consists of the friends and family of RJ Nazareno who are coming together, in honor of RJ, to raise money to help advance the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) mission and help others fighting this awful battle.  Team RJ raised so much money last October during the Sacramento LLS Light the Night Walk that Reuben was nominated to be the 2012 LLS Man of the Year.

The LLS Man & Woman of the Year (MWOY) campaign is a fundraising competition in communities across the U.S. in which participants vie for the title of Man or Woman of the Year. They raise funds for blood cancer research in honor of local children who are blood cancer survivors, the Boy & Girl of the Year. The titles are awarded to the men and women in each community who raise the most funds during the ten-week campaign; the top local fundraisers in the country also win the national titles.

Team RJ is dedicated to continue fighting for children just like RJ.  To help rasie money, I have set up an online party on my Miche web site that will stay open through the months of March and April, and I am donating 100% of my profits from this online party to Team RJ.   All orders placed online will ship immediately, so there is no waiting until the party closes to receive your order. 

In addition to the online fundraising party, I am selling raffle tickets for a Hope Bundle that I will raffle off next month.  Raffle tickets will be sold online and in person for $1 each, 7 for $5, or 15 for $10.  All proceeds from this raffle will also be donated to Team RJ.  The winner will receive a Hope Collection Bundle in the size of their choice (1 Base and 2 Hope Shells) valued at up to $120.  The winner of the Hope Bundle will also receive a code he or she can redeem for one of the rare shells from the Hostess Exclusive Shell Program (HESP).  The total possible value of this raffle prize is $195!

Coin purses are not just for coins.  You can use them to store all kinds of things.  Now I personally love having all my loose change in one place instead of all over my purse like it used to be before I started carrying these cute Miche coin purses, but I’ve learned about so many other ways people use them so I thought I share those ideas.
